Take in the gorgeous sunset views of the Bay of Quinte and make use of our 1 acre property that has a dock, firepit, and other outdoor spaces. All spaces shown in the listing are private to your group. A hotel-style set-up with the added flair of a waterfront cottage experience! Please note owners live onsite in separate apartment but do not use the areas shown. Our accommodation comes with about 3500 square feet of space for you and your group, complete with two separate living rooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining room that can seat up to 18 people comfortably, a sunroom, and rooms/suites each complete with their own ensuite. Since we run each of the rooms/suites as hotel-style suites when we are don't have whole home bookings each room/suite is stocked with a mini fridge with water and milk/cream, Nespresso coffee station, towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wipes, and smart TV's. We also have a dedicated laundry room for our guests to utilize that has additional towels/linens if needed during your stay. The outdoor spaces include about 200 feet of waterfront overlooking the Bay of Quinte, complete with a dock and boat launch for our fishermen and fisherwomen. We also have an outdoor natural stone patio with a firepit and firewood so you can have cozy nights near the water enjoying our sunset views (from April to September). Our property sits right near one of the most popular ice fishing areas in The Bay of Quinte, with two popular launches both within 5 minutes of the property. We also have a 900 square foot deck (currently under construction) with a BBQ that overlooks the water and is the perfect spot to catch rays and relax with your favourite County Wine!
