This garage apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, five blocks off the I-10 freeway. It has a window unit AC/heater and private entrance. Included are covered parking and a washer/dryer, wifi and cable TV. There are grocery stores, restaurants and drug stores nearby. It is especially suitable for people who are coming to Beaumont for short-term contract work. The apartment is completely private. There are no shared spaces.
Joyce was great throughout the entire stay. Very friendly and professional. Enjoyed my stay and had no problems at all.
Joyce was a great host, she is very receptive and thoughtful to any needs you may have! She kept the unit very clean for no additional price, the unit is in a great location for i10/US69 access for work in Nederland/ Port Arthur. I would highly recommend staying with Joyce, she has a couple cats and dogs which made the space feel more like home to me
The Calder Highlands neighborhood is a 1940's era neighborhood. It has lots of trees and nicely landscaped yards. It is a pet-friendly neighborhood and there are always people out walking dogs, biking or walking. There are grocery stores, a drug store and restaurants within a 5 minute drive.
City bus transportation passes nearby and biking is an option for getting around. Your car will have covered parking on the premisis.
