Tucked between Bailey's Creek and Mobile Bay, 5 minutes from the Grand Hotel Resort, 10 minutes from downtown Fairhope, and convenient to the Gulf coast beaches. There’s a large back porch overlooking the creek and direct access to the Eastern Shore Trail. Follow us on Insta @ChapticoCottage This cozy 2-bedroom guesthouse with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining table and laundry room is located behind our family home, on a separate driveway with ample privacy. The primary bedroom has a queen size bed and includes a dresser, luggage rack, and closet. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin size beds, a laptop friendly desk, and a door opening onto the porch. There's a shared full bath with toiletries and towels included. The living room has a smart tv and dining table for 4 with a door that opens to the private back porch. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes cooking basics (flour, sugar, oil, and a few spices) in addition to a stocked coffee bar and soap, dish detergent, cleaning supplies and paper towels. Outside, you can sit back and relax on the large back porch or explore our dock with a rustic fishing shack, bridge and boathouse overlooking Bailey's Creek. Bailey's Creek flows into Mobile Bay, so the depth of the creek varies with the tide, but always has fish, coastal birds, and fiddler crabs.
