This place is the most amazing place to stay. The views are breathtaking, the fishing is amazing and there are plenty of salmon and steelhead just a short walk away!! The house itself is so comfortable and spacious! Plenty of room for everyone. The back porch looks out to the Applegate river and a beautifully landscaped river view. The owners keep everything very nice and are also always just a call away and if you need anything it’s there asap!! Great owners, great space and well worth the money! I’d recommend this place to ANYONE!! We will be coming back every year!

Our stay has been wonderful! The home is beautiful and very comfortable and accommodating. There is so much to do on the property and surrounding areas. We have seen quail, deer and a variety of different birds while staying here! The fishing is amazing and we recently saw a buck floating down the river! Terry and Ginny are very responsive and always available to help in any capacity. We love it here and plan to come back for years to come.

Our family was visiting for a lived one’s wedding. This was a perfect location, and a beautiful property. We were all so comfortable. Our hosts were very communicative. It was wonderful to have the river so close, and we even saw otters! We’d definitely stay again.

This is the nicest air b and b we have stayed in. The hosts are friendly, kind and always willing to help. They respond quickly when things are needed and are always kind and accommodating. Their home is beautiful, clean and has the most beautiful view. The trails are family friendly (toddler) and the river is to die for. Lots of Salmon, Trout and Steelhead to be caught. We love this place and cant wait to come back for years to come.
