This house is located in a peaceful and lovely neighborhood has mountain views close to I-15, Escondido mall & Felicita park. The guest place is attached to MAIN home, but it has private entrance with long drive way. It has an outdoor Spa, 1 closed & 1 open floorplan bedroom, patio, Kitchen, walk in closet with 1 bath. The facilities include WiFi, open car parking, 2 TV, electric stovetop , oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, bread toaster. Close to Safari park & 30 min to sea world This house is located close to Felicita Park, Escondido, in a safe and friendly neighborhood. The guest place is PART of the main Ranch house.But it has a private entrance and amazing mountain view and a private outdoor spa .The private second entrance has a long driveway with space for open car parking, which leads to a patio with a high ceiling. It is a beautiful place to relax, enjoy the sunshine, and have morning coffee. The guest house has a spacious 2 bedroom with a TV in each room and a small kitchen having all basic appliances. The place also has a dining table, a small office table, and a 5 seater sofa set .The house has all basic amenities. The WiFi speed is 500 MBPS internet . The home is close to many restaurants and grocery within 5 to 10 minutes and is also close to the I-15 freeway.

Had a peaceful stay. Just wish the driveway be paved better and more lights during the night. But overall a nice place!

This is placed as a 2 Bedroom but its a 1 bedroom and the living, dining and bed are in the entrance.

This was an amazing find. Very clean and nice little private get away. Selvi was super accommodating and when found out we were arriving pretty late lit up the house for us and left us some water bottles in the fridge. The hot tub was surrounded by a wooden fence and has a private entrance. I was so much more impressed in person than I thought from the photos. We were only 2 people but it could comfortably fit 4 since there was an extra room upstairs with another bed. The downstairs bed was a huge king sized one and actually really comfortable so I disagree with some of the reviews that didn't like it. It is softer though if you prefer a firm mattress. Didn't try the top bed. There's a full kitchen in a corner too if you need it but we didn't use it order than the microwave and fridge. Overall a pristine find and definitely worth the price for a local getaway!

Great Spot! Really private and Quite. Home was bigger than I expected. Whole family loved the home. Will definitely stay here again over any hotel near by.
