Nice apartment with terrace on the ground floor of an old Provençal bastide, in a quiet and secure residence with swimming pool. Ideally located 5 minutes from the city center of Grasse, 25 minutes from the first beaches, and close to the perched villages of the hinterland, it is perfect for spending memorable family holidays. Come and enjoy the charm of Grasse and the riches of the Côte d'Azur! The apartment offers a living room with dining table, open kitchen and convertible sofa, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with double bed and adjoining patio, and a bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a terrace overlooking the living room.

Logement conforme aux photos, propre et très bien équipé, un vrai plaisir. Calme et sécurisé, nous aurions aimé profiter de la piscine, mais la météo n'a pas été clémente avec nous. Raphaël fût accueillant et réactif aux quelques questions. Logement un peu loin du centre-ville à pieds (40'), mais en voiture (beaucoup utilisée dans le coin), c'est rapide.

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour chez Raphaël !! Un appartement nickel, hyper bien equipé. Raphaël est un très bon hote, très actif niveau communication. Nous recommandons le logement et y retournerons 😉

Séjour très agréable. nous avons pu visiter Cannes et Monaco en plus des ruelles du vieux Grasse. Je recommande ce logement pour son emplacement calme et à proximité des axes routiers pratiques pour les visites. Nous y sommes allés en période peut fréquentée.
