Amazing place! We loved staying here. Great central area in BCN, supermarkets etc. are close by. Can totally recommend! Carlos is very friendly and helpful, a great host!!

Carlos is a fantastic host got us a few unusual items (a weight scale). The apt is newly renovated in June 2023, and has a/c, 2 lovely bath w showers, washer & dryer, frige/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. En suite Master bedroom is in the 'back' is very quiet. 2nd bedroom is in the middle, and is also quiet. The 3rd is on the 'front' and fairly loud from traffic, but not bad at night and with a fan for 'white noise". The apt is on the 3rd floor, but there is an elevator. The main door to the building is opened with a key, so no one can just come in. We felt very safe there. There are lots of restaurants and shops very close by. Placa de Catalunya is 8 mins walk; La Rambla just another 4 mins past there. The metro and bus stops are 3 mins walk or closer. We enjoyed our stay immensely, and a lot of that had to do with our comfortable 'home' and ease of being so close to so many attractions and shops. I HIGHLY recommend Carlos as a host!
