Ana is very responsive and helpful! We communicated through an external communication platformand she allowed us to check in early. We visited Madrid for the Madrid open and the location was great. Nearby a metro stop and a nice and quiet area.

Ana's place was ideal for us - we're a small family, and have friends who live in Legazpi - so we're familiar with the area. The flat was modern, very quiet at night (ideal, and we slept a lot more than usual - which is good!), and with easy access to the centre of Madrid, Madrid Rio, Matadero and excellent local restaurants (The Macarena, tuna restaurant, for example). There are plenty of shops, supermarkets nearby. Other good places nearby: Planetario and the twice monthly Sunday food market at Mercado Productores at Ave. de Planetario - which was excellent.

Very nice apartment in a new building with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The area is very calm and quiet. It is close to metro, bus stations and the M-30 highway, so easy to get around either by car or public transportation. It has an underground parking spot which is awesome since parking spaces are very limited in central Madrid. You have in close proximity a Mercadona and a Dia supermarket, a few restaurants and you are a 5 min walk by the river to reach the shopping center near-by. The apartment has all the needed appliances, all new and modern: refrigerator, regular oven, microwave oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, TV. WiFi is fast and easy to configure. It also has heating via a radiating floor - it takes a while for the temperature to raise since it uses a heat pump to warm the water but otherwise it works very well. Ana, the host, was very nice and responsive to our messages. We were happy with our stay and would return here. Thank you Ana!

Apartamento en buenas condiciones, sin ruido, ideal para desplazarte en familia. Al lado de Madrid Rio y a 5 minutos de la parada de Metro de Legazpi. Buena comunicación con Ana, que enseguida intentó solucionar el problema que nos surgió con la luz. En resumen, para nosotros es un apartamento al que volveríamos encantados.
