Very pleasant house, warm and welcoming. The structure has a small external courtyard which guarantees customers an adequate level of privacy and silence, despite the busy area especially in the winter season. The apartment is located on the first floor with direct access and dedicated uncovered parking. As for the cleaning of the apartments, it is entrusted to professionals in the sector who will guarantee an impeccable level of hygiene. The apartment consists of a bedroom, kitchen, living room with sofa bed, bathroom and a small corridor at the entrance which serves as a hallway. Throughout the structure there is a high-speed Wi-Fi connection (150mb/s) which will guarantee both the possibility of working in comfort for guests who need it and the correct and fluid functioning of the Smart TVs in the bedroom and in stay.

Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 adulti e 1 neonato per 2 notti e la casa è stata davvero perfetta. Federico ci ha accolto non appena siamo arrivati e si è subito mostrato non soltanto disponibile e cordiale ma anche proattivo. La casa è davvero ben strutturata, molto curata e in un’ottima posizione per andare in centro. Assolutamente da tornarci

Great location and super host. Location is great if you come for skiing - 2 min away from the main lift and Apres Ski, right above a ski rental shop, very close to the town centre. Apartment is as described - not super fancy but has space and very comfy. Federico has provided great instructions, told us what to do and where to go and helped with reservations and answered other questions during our stay. Highly recommended.
