Make your time in the Hudson Valley relaxing and memorable in our ranch style home with a stream running through it. We have wildlife, about 50 trees on our acre of land, and plenty of amenities (firepits, hottub, etc.). Hiking trails just a 5 min walk from our doorstep. We are located 7 minutes from Peekskill waterfront and equidistant to Croton. We share our home with two adorable & friendly cats that are kept out of the room you'll be staying in and are hypoallergenic. Come stay and unwind! We live in a ranch-style home built in the 1950s but gut-renovated in 2019 with a modern layout. We have a large nearly 1-acre property that guests can explore and enjoy including a hammock, firepit, and streamside walking path. Our place is off of a moderately busy road but the house itself is placed far enough back in the property that car noises are not very present at all. We have the home decorated in a modern way with illustration art, plants, and velvet furniture.

We had a great stay, our space was beautifully decorated and clean, and the hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. The location is also great for easy access to hiking or exploring nearby towns. Would definitely return!
This was our second time staying at Matthew’s place. He and his partner are super friendly and accommodating. Spacious private room, super clean bathroom with great water pressure, parking, woodsy vibe, and a hot tub! We will be back!
Wonderful Airbnb….. home with a real aesthetic sensibility, comfortable bedroom off the kitchen somewhat separate from owners bedrooms, great sound of a brook outdoors….couldn’t be lovelier

We loved our stay with Matt and Wyn, we hope to visit again and do a hike or something fun. They were so kind and welcoming and their space is lovely and as thoughtful as they are. Also bonus points for very cool kitty friends.

We're in a green and spacious neighborhood near two schools and plenty of nice neighbors. Houses are spaced apart nicely for privacy. There are no sidewalks so it's not a walkable place but if you have a car that won't be any issue. Guests without a car will be relying mostly on Uber or taxi service which takes on average 15 minutes to arrive for your ride. Walking around town in Peekskill just down the road is quite nice if that's what you're looking for. Just a 7 minute drive!
A car or motorcycle is ideal for getting around. We have free parking for up to two cars here at the house.
