great place to stay, would absolutely go back

The house is very remote and private, which we loved. It’s situated on a steep hillside, with windows, patio, and picnic area all facing a magnificent view just like the photos. It rained on and off during our stay but we were still able to spend enough time outside enjoying the fresh air and solitude of nature. We also visited Luray and Shenandoah caverns which were both great. The hosts were responsive and the home small but well stocked, clean, and cozy.

Great communication with host. This place was exactly as described. The cottage has everything you need to take advantage of your time there. Morning view from deck was the best start to our day. If you’re looking to go somewhere for a weekend reset, this place is it! Would book again.

Lovely & cozy cabin in peaceful mountain setting. Hosts were super responsive to our questions on a few things. We loved the fire pit and getting out to hike with our dog & fish with our kid!

My girlfriend and I went for a little weekend getaway and we had an amazing time. If you’re looking for a private getaway in the mountains… THIS is it. From the house, to the back deck and the fire pit overlooking the valley to the small things inside the house like all your appliances and kitchenware for cooking. It was truly relaxing and an amazing getaway for either 2 or a small family. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did!
