Joan’s condo was wonderful. A few friends also had different accommodations at the island for the same price. Mine had the best AC, the best view, and the most responsive host. I did a day excursion with Up Close Belize. The driver with up close Belize did not get me back to the water taxi in time for the last ferry to Caye caulker and then left me stranded on the main land. Joan and the girls at the office quickly came to my rescue and found me a charter at 6:30 pm back to Caye caulker. Any time I had a question Joan was very quick to respond. I am looking forward to coming back and I will definitely choose Joan’s again. Also it was very clean!

We had a wonderful time at Joan's place. The studio has everything you need. Also, the location is great. Joan responded quick. The only critique is that wifi didn't work well.

Joan's is a very simple, accommodating space, near just about everything you want or need. The shower pressure was GREAT, everything just as in the photos. Very responsive. Just what we needed.

Joan’s place was very cozy; the location is perfect because it offers great proximity to everything that the island has to offer. Joan is a great hostess, she is very helpful and checks in to see how well things are going. Thank you, Joan!

We had a great stay at Joan’s! Only thing that we had trouble with was beyond her control and that was the Wi-Fi… If you’re going to be working or have other needs for wi-fi like the tv you’re probably not going to be able to have reliable internet connection. Location is very convenient for walking around, especially if you’re coming in on the ferry! Super close to where they come in. The pool was very refreshing after the afternoon sun! We would stay there again!
