This newly renovated apartment very spacious and filled with launching point to explore Ruschlikon. It is conveniently located near Lake Zurich. Generally, it is a short distance of approximately 500 meters to 1 km from the apartment to the nearest point of Lake Zurich. Some of our favorites nearby: * Rüschlikon Beach: By foot: Approx 12 min car 5 min * Train Station:By foot: Approx 8 min car 3 min * Schloss Rüschlikon: By foot: Approx 20 min car 5 min * Zurich City Center: car 15 min Feel like staying in and enjoying a relaxing day at the apartment? With its breathtaking view with a 2 storey apartment and spacious 100 sqm2 garden/terrace, you'll find the perfect retreat. The apartment boasts the following amenities: - Spacious living room w/ sofabed - 4 bedrooms with double bed each room with the bedsize 160X200cm - Working desk - Dining table with 10 seaters - Fully equipped kitchen with its basic essentials - Two full bathroom w/ bathtub, toilet and sink - One half-bathroom with toilet and sink - Terrace/balcony with outdoor dining table - Sun Lounger - Stand Fan * Please note that Stand fan is available only during summer season roughly (June - September)

Very easily accessible. Near to see, where our family had a great evening
The place is as per the description, big and spacious apartment nicely fit 8 of us. The location is in a very quiet neighberhood with restriction on making noise in specific hour. Although the access is very close to Ruschlikon train station, but almost no direct train to top destinations/cities in switzerland (except to Zurich), always need to change train at least 1 time in nearby town (Thalwil or Zurich) to board on longer range train. Very few restaurant nearby. It is a good place to look for peaceful stay and not so much traveling around Switzerland. The place is very clean, all facilities are great (kitchen was great with coffee machine and pleanty of coffee supply), except for the mattras and pillow where it was less comfort for us (too thin for the pillow). Watch out on the stair as this apartment has no elevator (I have to lift 6 suitcases @20kg each for 8 of us to second floor). Overall, great place to stay if you look for quiet place, and no large size lugage.
