Located at the north end of Lake Sinclair, ‘A Stone’s Throw’ has an amazing flat backyard with stunning views of the lake that can be seen throughout the entire property. Enjoy the convenience of your own private boat ramp and a spacious interior perfect for two or three families or a larger group vacationing together, but still cozy enough for a single-family getaway. This 4 Bedroom / 3 Bathroom newly furnished home features a master suite upstairs with its own private deck overlooking the water, as well as a quiet workspace away from the main living area. The newly renovated bathroom is massive with a shower for two and heated towel racks. Downstairs, the living room features a two-story vaulted ceiling surrounded by windows and centered around a large stone fireplace. Enjoy a book from the reading nook while facing the lake, or partake in a game of Giant Connect Four or Scrabble in the adjacent game room. The newly renovated, fully-equipped kitchen is also surrounded by windows, so you won’t feel removed if you’re preparing a meal while the rest of the crew enjoys the outdoors. The expansive backyard is perfect for throwing the football, playing a game of horseshoes or roasting up marshmallows for s’mores by the firepit. No need to worry about pesky mosquitos, as it’s treated monthly. The dock is just a stone’s throw away from the house, so take a dip or venture out on the paddleboards.

The property was just what we needed for a girls get away celebrating my mother's 70th birthday. The kitchen was spacious and well appointed. Making meals for 10 was a breeze. The bathrooms were well-stocked with towels amd toiletries. The place had a homey feel without being cluttered. Its well designed. Great spacious dock and yard.
Peaceful, homey and relaxing. Very spacious for our party of 9. Kitchen was very well equipped and amenities were plentiful. Loved the fire pit, hot tub, paddle and peddle boards. Highly recommend this space for your getaway!
Great place for a multi-family Thanksgiving. Fantastic kitchen appliances served us well. Quiet area and great view for relaxing. Complementary bottle of wine was a nice touch.
We absolutely loved it. The hosts are very responsive and answered any questions we had immediately. The house has a very nice lake view with an awesome boat dock to hang out and fish. We really enjoyed sitting in the hot tub looking at the stars. They provided us with all the necessities in case we forgot them as well for example a toothbrush, loofa , soaps etc… the house is in perfect condition and extremely clean. I highly recommend you stay here. The area is very tranquil as well. We will be planning to come back again one day!
A Stone’s Throw was exactly what we needed for a vacation home to meet up with our son attending GCSU. Besides being cleaner than my own home (and I’m very particular), the decor and view were amazing! There was a ton of comfortable seating outside. Everything we needed was there, including a gift basket with wine, treats, sunscreen and more! Carly was so sweet and available if we had any questions. We highly recommend A Stone’s Throw!

Convenient store + Liquor store is an 8 minute drive. Dollar General is about 10 minutes away; they have wide variety of food and all kinds of stuff you might need. Downtown Eatonton is 20 minutes, and Reynolds is 30 minutes (in case you'd like to enjoy a round of golf during Masters week). We're 85 miles from Augusta National.
