the room and apartment were freezing when I arrived after a long trip, the water was freezing, and I sent a number of texts to ask domeobe to fix it. The host in both incidents showed that he might be a good host when all goes smoothly, but he is ignorent, belittling and puts blame back on the guest instead of showing understanding and realising we pay him money to stay there!... for that reason I could never stay there again! As I know his reaction pattern, a fitting response will shurly come to this post.
