the unit was perfectly appointed for my whole family. The welcome basket of tropical fruits and the local treats were a nice touch. the views were spectacular!

We had an awesome stay at this property. The apartment itself was beautiful, modern, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The view of the ocean and the Port-of-Spain skyline, from the really large balcony was spectacular and made for some very memorable pictures. In a nutshell, everything worked perfectly with this booking. Nina was extremely thorough with all her instructions. This made the check-in process very simple and stress free. We felt very safe in this gated community, which was very important to us. Nina was also very friendly, courteous and accommodating. This is a really special place. Thanks Nina!!

Great location! The view of the ocean, mountains and city was breathtaking! The amenities were impeccable. I use many airbnbs and this one stands out the most in terms of kitchen utensils and accessibility to cleaning supplies. Safety is A+ in this gated community. The welcome baskets were greatly appreciated. Would definitely return to Nina’s place.

What a fantastic host and property! Nina was The most gracious host and really treated us like family. We had an unexpected medical complication arise during our holiday and she was a godsend helping us navigate through it. We highly recommend Nina and this property and can’t wait to stay here again .
