Location was better then majority of the Air B&B hotel/condo spots I have stayed in the past. The cleanliness was ok at best, we found the floors in need of a good mop and the carpets didn't seem to be vacuumed since the last guest. The bedding was clean and the master bed was huge. The pull out couch was not in good working condition to be made into a bed and there were small sugar ants that need to be taken care of coming into the master bathroom. When I set it up as a bed it was not flat nor comfortable, unlike the beds. The TV did offer NetFlix and other entertainment options and the location also had a heated pool and small gym facility. The property also has a small resturant/bar along with a small store that sells things you might have forgotten. If your on a budget this place isn't bad compared to most others I have stayed at.

I've stayed at this condominium before because it is well located to SeaWorld with plenty of restaurants to choose from within reasonable proximity. We particularly like Charley's Steakhouse, First Watch, and Mellow Mushroom. Matthews place was tastefully decorated, comfortable, and just like the photos. Thank you for having us, I would definitely stay in this unit again.

We extended our trip by 2 days and our first location was not able to accommodate extra days so we booked Mathew’s place. It was great. Location close to all things Orlando. Restaurant onsite was amazing with great service. They accommodated a 2am check in bc our flight was delayed. Pool stays open til 11pm which was fun for the kids. Hot tub onsite is also an adult plus !! I’d definitely stay here again as I feel the value over exceeded my expectations.

This is our second time stay at this location and we love it!! A different host and Matthew was amazing. Cute decor, and the balcony sits more on the inside so you can hear the wildlife at night. Will stay again and again <3
