The house was just as described. We had enough bathrooms and beds for everyone. It was really nice to have coffee, garbage bags, toilet paper, and shampoo available.

We can’t say enough good things about our stay. The home was cozy and very clean, and had all of the kitchen amenities you can think of. The property was very nice, our kids loved swimming in the heated pool and skating at the seasonal ice rink. We also enjoyed walking our dog on the trail right next to the house. Highly recommend visiting the lava beds and exploring some caves while you are here! We definitely want to plan a trip back in the summer months!

This is a wonderful place to stay. Awesome pool, including a kiddie pool that is very warm. Pickleball and kids sandbox and swingset next to the clubhouse. I wasn't impressed with the communication from Evolve, however. When I asked questions beforehand, they either didn't answer, were delayed in answering, or just referred me to the local housecleaner (I think). Be prepared for this delay in getting answers. After we left I realized one of my items got left behind., contacted Evolve asking for assistance. Again, 2 steps and delay later, I was given Lacey's number. She was super nice and helpful. The kitchen was out of a n umber of basics (salt, tea, etc). I guess I am just used to other locations being very well stocked with basic food items. The kid's play area has a lot of fun toys for our young grandkids who were with us. And I appreciated that baby gates were provided since our bedroom was upstairs, and the other two bedrooms were upstairs.

Wonderful place to stay!! Everything you’d ever need in an Airbnb plus some!! There were doggie treats and snacks for humans upon arrival which was a great touch and made us feel so welcomed!! The condo has a regular coffee maker and a keurig + they provide Keurig pods (this seems to be lacking in a lot of places lately)! All the rooms are very spacious and well appointed. Lora of natural light and an over good “vibe” from the moment you walk in the front door!! We will Definitely stay here again! Side Note- the neighbor is a bit of a “Karen” and will have some “words” with you if she catches your dog stepping foot out the front door without a leash firmly attached lol!! She has cats and is very worried about peoples dogs chasing them. This didn’t affect our stay but just a heads up to be sure your dog is on a leash at ALL times :)
