Angela’s unit is in a hotel turning into residential apartments. They are still figuring out the hotel responsibilities and residential tenant responsibilities. That being said, I don’t blame Angela for the experience I had at her Airbnb. When I first entered the apartment, I found pet hair all over the pullout couch, stains on the couch and drapes, a sticky residue stain in front of the refrigerator and most of the small amenities listed (iron, towels, extra sheets, plates, utensils, coffee maker, pots/pans) gone. I took pictures and messaged Angela immediately. She was quick to respond and very apologetic (she was shocked at the pet hair and the missing items) offering to cancel the reservation. I was unable to find another place on such a short notice within my price range so we had to stay. Angela had our place cleaned the next day and was quick to respond to any other questions we had. She was a good host otherwise and made it up to us by offering us 3 extra days. Good location
