I apologize to my host as I did not fully understand the parking arrangements, but beyond that, we were very comfortable, and I would recommend this location to anyone!

Great place to stay for a couple nights. Quiet and cozy will definitely stay again
Shella’s place was so peaceful and comfortable. Clear instructions and great communication. Deer literally in the neighbor’s yard! Will definitely book again when in town. Smokey and Bandit were a joy.

Quiet rural neighborhood located just off of Hwy 160 between Pagosa Springs and Durango.
There is off street parking. My home is about 5 minutes off Hwy 160.
We are 30 minutes from Durango, CO and 45 minutes from Pagosa Springs.
Here are a few suggestions if you are looking for a local spot for food or drink:
Bottom Shelf Brewery - great food and drinks
Pine Cone - great fast food, drive thru available
Chavolo's Mexican Restaurant - great authentic Mexican food
The Grocery Store - for all your snacks and drinks
Hint: The best gas prices can be found at a little place called Grandview Store & Station - located between Bayfield and Durango.
There are 4 overflow parking spaces or you can park on the street. Overflow parking is located just past the unit on both sides at the end.
