All units are on the upper floor and widely open to daylight through connecting glass wall and door to balcony, reducing the use of electric light and saving you daily power consumption. Light bulbs installed in each unit and entire the Apartment area are kind of LED (Light-Emitting Diode) which are energy-efficient and durable. Phan NaTa Apartment was named in the abbreviation of my beloved peoples' names whose Phan is the name of my late beloved father, Na is of my son and Ta is of my daughter. Each One Bedroom unit is air-conditioned and 2 ceiling fans, a king bed, an inviting living room (with cable TV), attached to kitchenette with cooking utensils, a dining table, a fridge and a washer. Further each has its own private balcony where you can enjoy sitting in the evening.
