during the entry owner surprisingly asked for security of Rs. 5000 and assured to refund it after check out but did not refunded the whole money nd later stopped picking calls

Unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant due to the rude behavior displayed by the staff. From the moment we arrived, the staff's demeanor was unwelcoming and unprofessional. There was a complete lack of hospitality and basic courtesy. We expected a warm reception, but instead the house was unclean and had a smell all around when we checked in. We have to get it cleaned in front of ourselves. Throughout our stay, we have encountered several instances of rude behavior. Moreover, the tone and language used by the staff were highly inappropriate. I felt as though I was being talked down to, and it made me extremely uncomfortable during my entire stay. Despite my efforts to communicate my concerns to the staff, there was no effort to rectify the situation or offer any apologies for their behavior. The staff (Both Manager & Caretaker) were unpleasant to deal with. They both don't know how to talk to the guests. I do not recommend anyone to book this Airbnb.

The experience was undoubtedly wonderful, with good assistance from owner and caretaker
