Unexpected car in driveway Friday night. Other guest probably in basement suite

House was big but cluttered. Nice area. Instructions for getting in were wrong. Said there was a lockbox with a key there was not. Code was for door lock. Host didn't respond when we couldn't get in. Obvious they live in the house. Dishes in the drainer, toothbrush in bathroom, a bottle of liquid, towels looked dirty. Sheets appeared dirty, very worn. A child's sock was in one of the beds & lots of hair. Not enough towels for #. Worst was that someone else was also in the garage. Which had we been made aware when we asked it would have been ok. Guest have the right to know someone else is on property. Especially when we asked the question before booking. Have stayed in lots of AirBNBs but this is one of worst. Just not sure property is appropriate for rental. We did message this to host, not sure will change, others said this in reviews & we asked before booking. Person living in garage, came out while children were in driveway, to get in their car which we had to park around.

Everything was great. It was bigger than we expected. I enjoyed my stay. I would use this house again if I was ever in the area.
