Ceren was very friendly and answered our questions very fast. The apartment was very clean and we had the possibility to cook. It was quiet and cozy, We enjoyed the balcony. There was internet but the connection only worked in living room. The bathroom was clean, but the shower was not working properly. The hot water pressure was not enough, but we survived! ;) There was heavy raining and the next morning, the apartment was flooded with water, but Ceren called us very early in the morning and offered us another apartment very fast. All in all, we had a nice stay, and we thank Ceren for being always available and helpful.

Een fijne week gehad in het appartement van Ceren. Het was een rustige omgeving en het was prettig dat de locatie met een hek en code is beveiligd. Het appartement voldoet aan de beschrijving. Mijn vriend en ik hebben ons goed vermaakt. Bedankt en wie weet tot een volgende keer!

Ceren was lovely and so helpful, but l can't help think we had a very unlucky week stay. On check in, the previous tenant was late checking out so had to hang around and place wasn't fully cleaned. Just after checking in we lost electric 3 times in the first couple hours. (told it was due to rain previous night) Ceren kindly purchased us some towels as l missed that in the description as not provided. Our shower room had a leak through the ceiling from upstairs neighbour. Our gas bottle ran out making breakfast. (delivered within the hour) The wifi was very poor and we could only get a signal in the living room not the bedroom. We had 2 Turkish football matches occur during our stay, which meant very loud balcony parties gone midnight, despite the quiet time policy, they just ignored it. Last day we were woken up by 2 builders with a jack hammer digging outside our bedroom. Glad to come home. 🇬🇧😟
