In the commune of Calvi, we offer this charming 70 m² flat with mountain views and shared swimming pool for rent, which can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a pretty living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom and a garden of around 100 m². The accommodation comprises : - 40 m² living room with TV, two double sofa beds and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - One bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) - Bathroom with bath - A separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : barbecue, washing machine, plancha, fan, iron. Outside : - A shared, unheated swimming pool (8x4), open from late April to late October (opening dates non-contractual). It is secured by a cover, an alarm and a fence with a lockable gate. - A shared garden of 200 m², not enclosed, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

Logement bien placé et spacieux.
Rimasti delusi. Alloggio al piano terra, sembra una cantina recuperata, con unico affaccio. Spazio esterno non utilizzabile di giorno perché troppo caldo ( tenda oscurante era rotta) . La sera tanta tanta paura per i cinghiali (avendo un cagnolino piccolo ancora di più), abbiamo dormito veramente male. Andrebbe fatta una recinzione con muretto intorno alla proprietà. Manca aria condizionata. Strada scomoda di accesso, andrebbe pulita maggiormente sui lati dalla vegetazione. In cucina frigorifero di dimensioni ridicole, non ci stava dentro il necessario per 4 persone. Elettrodomestici tutti arrugginiti e alcuni non funzionanti. Muffa sotto lavello. Divani letto scomodissimi, consigliamo di sostituirli. Anche la vasca in bagno, molto scomoda e vecchia, sarebbe da sostituire. Insomma, il posto ha potenzialità ma c'è ancora molto lavoro da fare. Al momento non vale i soldi spesi. Uniche note positive, Patrick molto gentile e la piscina, seppur molto piccola, molto piacevole.
Excellent sejour !!! Le 5eme Toujours un réel plaisir de revenir. Photos conformes à la description. Appartement tres confortable où il fait très bon, parfait pour des apéros en famille!! Très Grand terrain, ideal pour jouer aux boules avec vue sur la citadelle et le coucher de soleil. Piscine appréciable les jours de farniente. A proximité des commodités: calvi à 10 minutes, commerces à 2 minutes, plages à 5 minutes…. A tres Bientôt
Bonjour. tous ça passe bien sauf un petit détails sur le frigo ,je trouve trop petit pour ranger nos courses, tout ce que viande boisson légumes il y avait pas trop de place le reste de logement bien équipé bien confort je vous remercie à bientôt.
J'ai loué ce logement en urgence, suite à une panne d'embrayage et franchement j'ai été ravie d'y trouver un tel accueil. Certes le logement manquait cruellement d'entretien fait par un pro du bricolage. Mais l'écoute de Patrick au niveau des choses à revoir, me dit que le logement sera bientôt une pépite pour de nouveaux vacanciers. Et comme le site est fabuleux, ces vacanciers seront aux anges !

The Isle of Beauty abounds in both natural and cultural activities, and during your stay in Lumio you'll have the chance to take advantage of the town's sunny weather to visit its various beaches and enjoy some quiet time or try your hand at the many water sports: paddle, jetski, boat trips, etc. If you're keen to discover new things, take a drive through the surrounding area to discover its wonders : the ruins of Occi and the Agriates Desert are just waiting to be explored! For the more adventurous, quad bikes, 4x4 rides and hikes will appeal to you.
