Eric’s place was perfect for our family vacation which included 3 little kids. The location was close to the beach and boardwalk. The house was equipped with everything we needed to have a relaxing vacation making memories with the kids. The small details like stocked dish pods and various household items, labels on the light switches and detailed house manual made the stay one of most comfortable and less stressful vacations. We would definitely stay again in the future!

Eric’s house was the ideal location in OC with a very short walk to the boardwalk and beach. The house itself was very spacious, clean and perfect for our family. The availability of the beach caddy, chairs and toys were an added bonus! Will definitely look to stay here again on our next trip to OC!
