Piran is one of the most wonderful places on the Adriatic, a must-see for everyone. And we are located in the very center of this ancient city with its narrow streets, romantic bays, delicious restaurants and unforgettable sunsets. Each apartment is on a separate floor. All apartments are new, have air conditioning and a refrigerator. You will find everything you need for your holiday at sea in the room: kitchen, beach towels, cosmetic accessories, hair dryer, glasses, dishes and water. This is a brand new apartment on the attic floor, built in 2023. Located on 2 levels, on the lower level there is a living area with a kitchen, a bathroom and a sofa bed, on the upper gallery there is a large bed 190 cm.

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und sauber. Leider ist sie etwas kleiner als wir von den Fotos erwartet haben. Wenn man die Tage am Strand verbringt, ist das aber ganz ok. Ich wähle bewusste private Gastgeber, da mir der persönliche Kontakt wichtig ist. Elena war aber nicht selbst vor Ort. Deshalb gab es Missverständnisse in der Kommunikation, z.B. ob wir die Tourismustaxen nochmals bezahlen müssen.
Ottima posizione, l’appartamento è situato in posizione strategica, molto tranquillo Non ideale per chi non ama fare troppe scale perché la palazzina è sprovvista di ascensore ma, per noi, non è stato un problema; in ogni caso vi sono altri appartamenti ai piani più bassi.Host molto cordiale ed accogliente, sicuramente torneremo e consiglio vivamente!!!

Wilena Apartments are located in the heart of Piran, 20m from Tartini Square, 50m from Hotel Piran Beach and 200m from Punta Piran Beach. A market with regional products, a supermarket store, a fish shop and a bakery are all around the corner. A number of restaurants are 50m away. Numerous cafes in the area offer you fragrant coffee with a freshly baked croissants. Many other beaches are within reach such as the wild beach of Fiesa 1km Family beach Bernardin 3km, modern sandy beach of Porto Rož 6km. The old and romantic town of Piran will not leave anyone indifferent. The city is saturated with history and invites you to wander its streets endlessly. Nearby, you can visit the Strunjan nature reserve, the world-famous Piran Salinas with a spa in the salt mines, the modern Porto Rož promenade with shops, casinos and entertainment. You can bath in hot spring of Porto Rož even in winter. Along the entire sea coast you can ride bikes on colorful road to the Croatian border. Or you could sail our yacht in the direction of the Italian Trieste or the Croatian city of Poreč. The memory of Piran sunsets and the crystal clear waters of the Adriatic Sea will stay with you forever.
The whole city is under the protection of UNESCO and the streets are very narrow, so parking is prohibited inside the city. But it is perfectly organized around and everything is very close and simple. Public multi-storey car park is on the outskirt of the city. You can drive up to the house and unload things during 7-10 a.m and 1-2 p.m., or drive to the parking lot opposite to the hotel Piran and bring things to our house just 100 meters away. Be aware that you can enter the town only for 15 for free. Next you will need to park the car in the car park and exit through the ground floor of the parking house. There is a pointer to a free shuttle bus, which goes to the towncenter every 5 minutes. Ofcourse you could also return to the town on foot along the promenade (10minutes). The free shuttle bus stops on the Tartini Square, from which it only takes you 1 minute (100m) to get to our house. The cost of parking is 26 euro per day . There is another possibility to use the car park Arze in Piran. From there you will have to go on foot. It will take you approximately 10 minutes. The price for this car park is 15 euro per day.
