Robyn is a fantastic host and nothing seems to be too much trouble, the room and house is very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Great attention to detail for example having a usb socket in the room. The location is lovely and quiet, right next to a common and woodlands. I would definitely book again and have no hesitation in recommending a stay here.

Well what can I stay what a wonderful host Robyn is. From booking to staying she was friendly and always replied quickly. Lovely warm welcome and felt right at home as soon as I walked through the door. The house was spotlessly clean. Bathroom right next to the bedroom. The bed was lovely and comfy and the bedding and pillows were so soft. She has thought of absolutely everything. Well worth the money as a lone traveller. Can’t wait to stay again. Oh and the choices for breakfast were amazing. Proper butter for your toast mmmm. 10/10 best place I have stayed and will never book a hotel again 😍😍😍

I enjoyed 3 nights at Robyn's prior to flying from Heathrow and, as I travel regularly, will definitely seek to stay with Robyn for future trips. As many reviewers say, Robyn is a lovely lady: friendly, chatty, welcoming, accommodating but not intrusive. I thoroughly enjoyed talking with her over breakfast (included) and was sorry I had to stop and get on with work. WiFi was great and the room was comfortable to work from. The room was a good size, which was welcome as I had to unload everything (I do not travel light) from the car and reorganise and there was ample floor space without feeling cramped. Having an adjacent bathroom essentially just for my own use was also appreciated. It also has one of the best/easiest to use showers I've encountered on Airbnb. Although I tend to have my own of everything, I appreciated that Robyn has a supply of teas/coffees, toiletries, amenities etc should you need anything. Overall, it was an excellent stay!
