The place is as beautiful as it looks on the pictures

The place is the same as the pictures. My issue was that the room was not properly cleaned. The floors were a bit sticky and the stove didn’t look clean. The carpet also needs some cleaning. The apartment are very noisy not very ideal if you’re sensitive to noise. The wall are also very thin so you can hear the neighbours. Overall the place was beautiful. I loved the aesthetics. The bed was very comfortable and clean.

The response time wasn't as stated, the communication could have been way better. The bathroom smelt damp and previously used before check in. The listing states a balcony and patio is available but when I got there it was locked with a key that Totalstay didn't provide me with. However, the place was alright with fun things to do in the building and a very safe neighborhood too

Chante received us at reception. She was very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was everything you need for a stay over on the way to the airport or shopping in Pretoria.
