Lovely home with great view of the waterfall and a fenced yard for the dogs. Neighbors are friendly. Restaurant across the street is excellent and there is a lot of fun outdoor stuff to do nearby. The kitchen is really well equipped with spices and cooking tools, nice dishes. Beds are comfortable. Showers are amazing. Washer/dryer are new high efficiency type. The house is beautifully decorated and furnished. Host is responsive and friendly.

Chose the location for proximity to the Glen Ferris Inn across the street, for an extended family gathering for a funeral. Host responded quickly to all inquiries, and was very helpful, accommodating and flexible. The only reason it isn’t a 5-star review is due to the kitchen and one bedroom being quite cold. But family was there in early January and it was unusually cold and windy. Overall a great experience during a difficult time. Great host, thank you for everything!!

Cathy and Steve were superb hosts, incredibly friendly and was a great communicator through the entire pre booking down to the very last day of our stay. The home was very well decorated, beds were comfortable, home was clean and we had everything we needed/could ask for. The location was great for the area, we felt safe and could walk right across the street to the very historical inn for breakfast/lunch or cup of coffee and look out onto the river (can also relax on the front porch drinking coffee where you also have a view of the river) the entire front outside was fenced in which was fantastic for our dog and they had the extra dog run as well. I would definitely recommend a stay at this location and trust that all of Cathy’s properties are equally as great. We will definitely be looking to stay in this property again or one of her other properties in the future. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Very cute and well stocked house. It was nicely decorated and very clean throughout and recently renovated. A bit pricey for the location, but otherwise no issues. Cathy was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to all questions.

The perfect place to stay!! The home is thoughtfully decorated and it literally has every dish/untensil/pan you could want. It was clean and comfortable and even had a little area for my pup to go outside safely.
