First off and foremost, thank you for having us and thank you for accommodating our needs. Paul’s place was very nice and had built in AC which was a necessity with Vegas heat. We got a little sketched out when our Uber driver told us it was not a good area and to avoid walking around at night. I could see why. Definitely more “hood” than some other areas but if you live in a major city this wouldn’t scare you. Check in was a little confusing, perhaps describing it as the small back building facing Bonneville would help a lot. Only other thing, the floors could’ve used a mop and a baking pan would be super helpful. Other than that, it was great and the area was pretty decent to navigate just didn’t really realize how far from the strip it was. Can’t beat the price.

Só tenho a reclamar do checking , houve confusão com a chave e eu tive de esperar 01 hora , após ter viajado dois dias, deveria deixar uma chave reserva no local para esses eventuais problemas, apartamento agradável , a vila porém falta uma limpeza melhor, pessoas fumam maconha a todo instante e eu odeio, moradores dos outros apartamentos, dentro do apartamento não tem cheiro, porém quando sai nas áreas comuns o cheiro é insuportável, Paul correria e fez o que pode, bom anfitrião.

Good stay for short time, similar to hotel room size with kitchenette. Needed a little air circulation.
