*Please note that there is a dog in the apartment* The apartment is located in East Dublin City and is close to Dublin City Centre in a well maintained communal grounds and 24-hour on-site security. There are a number of amenities in the area including Starbucks, Spar, McDonald’s, Lidl and Aldi. It is at the beginning of the Clontarf to Howth coastal cycle, making the seafront promenade easily accessible by bike. Fairview Park and East Wall Business Park are also within 10 minute walk. Accommodation comprises an ensuite bedroom. The apartment is located on the first floor. It is bright and airy throughout and the living accommodation opens to a spacious shared (with myself and my partner) living room, balcony and kitchen. The bedroom is a generous double bedroom with ample storage and fitted wardrobes.

Great host, the room is spacious and clean. I would recommend, not far from the city centre and close to 3 Arena.
We had a fantastic stay with Francesco & Liz! The room was incredibly comfortable and also clean. The room is in a fantastic location, only a 15-20 minute walk to the 3 arena and it is also easily accessible by bus. We would definitely recommend staying here and will definitely book again when we are back in Dublin!

I’ve slept there 2 nights with my boyfriend. The room was as described. Really liked the fact that the washroom is connected to the room. Big room, confortable beddings, smelled really good. Has a coffee machine (but didnt used it). The host was really friendly and gave us a lot of recommandations.
