整个订房和入住过程都很愉悦，但最后退房时不知为何最后诬陷我们弄丢了车位卡，导致对房东印象和好心情一落千丈。。。优点：1、价钱相对国内水平优惠（但对比周边也不算十分优惠），约1100人民币有4房+张超1.8米大床+1张双层小朋友床；2、三十多层及超级开阔景观真的是无敌；3、空调够凉，硬件设施都能用，地址好找。缺点：1、全屋除了两卷陈年厕纸和2瓶洗手液外没什么生活用品，牙具、纸巾、拖鞋等等都要自备，楼下7-11几家便利店都不太好找这些东西；2、强烈建议不要开风扇，本人第一天找不到空调总开关导致临时开了风扇，哪知扇叶上厚厚的灰尘吹的满屋子，鼻敏感折磨了我足足4天，后来在柏威年药店买了药才扛住了；3、地理位置还是有点偏，地铁约等于没有，出行基本靠grab，每次出门臭水沟的味道还是挺难受。4、最忍受不了的是，我们离开前十分好心的全部清理了居住期间的垃圾，甚至还把所有杯碗刷干净（虽然房费已经包含清洁费），但退房的时候放的突然问起我车位的事情，我说我们坐飞机来的没租车，从来没用过也没留意房子车位的服务，房东就没再说什么了，离开的第二天平台发过来消息说房东提供了照片说我们弄丢了车位卡要赔偿300多元，还限时24小时内回复不然默认我们同意这个情况说明，我顿时想骂人了，沟通好好的突然栽赃我们搞丢？要不是我心血来潮打开app看还不知道这个限时，于是立刻向平台说明情况并请求介入，彻查包括物业录像在内的记录以证我们的清白，至今半个月了平台未有进一步更新信息。真的是心大一点都不行，有了这段经历，就不太敢向朋友推荐airbnb和这个房子了。整体来说，居住体验还是挺不错的，但结合这些需要时刻提防的深坑，我觉得不会是选房的首选项。

First of all, this Airbnb apartment is Quite New. Easy to check-in with simple mailbox and password procedure. Getting GRAB Service to this apartment is Also quite Fast. Without the thought of taking the MRT and Cheras has a lot of Good eateries. the host Lean is also very Quick in her response.. Well Done mate. See you again for our Next Trip. Cheers Phillip

Everything went smoothly overall, but there was one incident. Upon check-in, the guards initially didn't allow us to enter the condo because the condo management forgot to inform them. It was around 11pm, and the condo management office was closed. We had to wait until someone from the host's side arrived to provide us with the keys. However, they responded promptly despite it being late at night. Later, we discovered that the condo management had been informedby host, but the security guards were not. If you're checking in after 5pm, please ensure that all relevant parties are informed beforehand.

The airbnb was a clean and cozy and the ambience was perfect for our family. All amenities were well functioning and in good shape. the location is also a huge plus as a local eatery and 7 eleven is in walking distance. will come again
