In one word: amazing. We stayed for nearly 4 months with our family. The house is huge with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, open kitchen. Everything you need is there, even furniture and toys for our daughter. The garden is amazing with great views. Tania and Mauritz are wonderful hosts, always responding quickly and helpful. The area is safe and quiet, with the beautiful tygerberg nature reserve at 5min walk. We would definitely recommend staying here with your family!!

We stayed in Tania and Mauritz's home for 4 months in 2023. Upon arrival we found it clean and neat, the decor with lots of plants and natural materials gives the house a calm and peaceful atmosphere. I especially loved the kitchen filled with all the cooking necessities, although it would have been great to have some bar stools at the counter. It is located just down the road from the Tygerberg Nature Reserve which is a lovely place to go for a walk, especially in spring. The house gets a bit cold in the winter, but the big fireplace in the living room creates so much atmosphere, we really enjoyed it. The view from the main bedroom looking out on the Stellenbosch and Hottetots-Holland mountains was incredible. Throughout our stay Tania and Mauritz were very responsive and helpful with whatever we needed. At one stage the oven was faulty and they had someone there to fix it the next day. I highly recommend this house to anyone and would definitely stay there again when in the area.
