Overall a great stay for 2, maybe 3 people. Ocean view speaks for itself. Clean room, albeit small as described. Minor issues like light out in hallway of building and dark at front door… WiFi is iffy, and watching TV is a maybe, but we weren’t there for TV - we were there for the beach. Monica was super quick to reply to questions.

What a gem of little spot! It's looks just like the pictures inside. The bed was comfortable, there were all the dishes and kitchen items you need and plenty of fridge space for a weeks stay. It was the perfect drive to the Daytona Beach Boardwalk/Ocean Center where we were attending for the NCA/NDA Nationals. I LOVED that there was a sliding screen door to the balcony so you could sleep with the door open and listen to the ocean. While it's located near a main intersection, it as so quite at night you would never know it. The sunrise right from the bed gorgeous and coffee on the balcony as it was rising was even better. There were only two things I would note: The lighting in the hallway didn't work so it was VERY dark coming in at night (I'm sure that can be fixed but I didn't ask) and the WiFi was not strong and the TV glitched continually. Monica was so quick in responding to me and was able to help me with any questions I had. I would 100% rent this space again next year!!!

The place was small but very nice and clean. Our goal was to wake up to the sunrise and that’s exactly what we got. We would stay there again and for longer considering we only stayed one night. One thing to note, it was a little dark going into the condo. We needed to use our phone lights to see the hallway and where we were going. The host was very communicative and professional. Thank you Monica for a lovely stay.

Monica’s place was perfect for the two of us. We loved the balcony and view of the ocean. It was close to lots of restaurants both chain and local. Would definitely stay here again. Monica is a terrific hostess too very communicative and friendly.
