Everything was great. Pool was warned that was a super +++ but back yard could have been more clean. But over all nice.

Nick’s place was fabulous and perfect for our family vacation. The view of the ocean is spectacular. Access to the beach was a bit easier than we expected and made for lots of fun. The house was very nice, certainly clean and was great for indoor/outdoor living. We thoroughly enjoyed our pool time. Location was also excellent for nice walks into town less than 10 blocks away. All in all we were extremely pleased that we stayed here.

The house was incredible and Nick was an awesome host. Very responsive and helpful. The house and location were even better than the photos show. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Nick was the ultimate super-host. We had such a great stay in his home. My kids were sad to leave. lol He did such a great job with everything; amenities, quick communication, easy check in & out. The house was beautiful, clean and well-stocked with everything you need. We enjoyed all of the high-tech features, the pool & spa were great. The beds are super comfy and furniture & decor is high quality & well-done. The views were amazing. We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend this home to friends. Definitely a 5-Star stay. Del Mar is the cutest little beach town. There are restaurants, shopping, Farmer’s Market & more nearby. Perfect getaway from LA!
