Splendide ! Très bel appartement, extrêmement lumineux, en hauteur avec vue très agréable. L'accueil par Johnathan a été très sympathique, détendu et pragmatique. De nombreuses attentions très agréables étaient disséminées dans l'appartement, dans la cuisine, les frigos, et la salle de bain. A 5 minutes seulement de la plage et à une 20aine de minutes de la vielle ville de San Juan, parfait pour le tourisme. Pour les congressistes, c'est à 20 minutes à pieds du centre des congrès et du Sheraton, et à 15 minutes de l'aéroport (SJU) en taxi, c'est ideal. Note : en mai 2024 il faisait 32 degrés en journee et 90% d'humidité, il faut prevoir des vêtements de rechange ! Heureusement, la machine a laver et le sèche linge sont très efficaces et pratiques, on peut donc voyager avec une petite valise :) En bref, je recommande vivement cet appartement, Jonathan et Margie sont de vrais super-hôtes !

We wanted to stay in this Airbnb for the location, close to Old San Juan as well as within walking distance of the beach and with parking available in the building. Jonathan was communicative and came to meet us at the start of our stay to help us get settled in. The apartment itself was clean and spacious and we loved the thoughtful amenities including beach gear, flip flops, light snacks and breakfast foods. When it was raining out we felt very comfortable staying in and enjoying the view. The only point to note for light sleepers is that the AC is quite loud and there was occasionally noise from neighbors in the hallway that woke us up - we would recommend sleeping with earplugs if noise bothers you. Otherwise for the location and hospitality we would highly recommend this place!
