We had an awesome stay! Ryan’s place was clean & comfortable. If you have littles, this place is perfect. It’s a great place where they can play and it’s not too overwhelming. The beach is so close, you can go without having to pack everything. We look forward to coming back soon!

Had issues w lock upon check in and entire trip. I asked for a key bc I didn’t want to have issues entire trip. Ryan had his assistants come out to bring us a key. Upon arrival they were rude and seemed bothered they had to come out. They even by passed my husband and didn’t say hello to him. “Here is the key…” type of response. The location is amazing. Walking distance to the beach and the pool area is a dream as it’s right outside the door. The beds are super comfy!!! It would be nice to have small items such as sugar packets for coffee. He left coffee but not sugar packets. The sitting areas main couch is yellow vs black in the photos. The couch is so uncomfortable that you can’t really sit on it. There are rugs everywhere which is a tripping hazard for small kids. The spare bedroom requires a remote for the light. We had no idea//spent time in bedroom w no light on. Overall I’d either stay here again OR stay under a new owner at different house bc this location was great

Enjoyed our short stay here. The beach was within walking distance, the pool was a lot of fun and enjoyable and the home was comfortable for the most part. There were a few minor issues we had with bugs and spiders everywhere, some dirty sheets on one of the bunkbeds – however we still recommend staying here. Our host was responsive when we needed and the check out instructions were simple.

Ryan's place is a cool, clean, family friendly 2 bedroom home. My wife and I were very happy with our decision to stay here. The kid's were super excited about the bunk beds and the swimming pool and playground right outside the front door. Whitecap beach is about a 5 minute walk, or you can just drive right onto it. Plenty of restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive. I could definitely see my family and I staying here again in the future!

Great place to stay would stay there again! All the beds were comfortable. Nice kitchen and bathrooms. Great location ( pool just steps away and beach just around the corner.)
