Eduardo's place is a bright, clean and comfortable base to explore Collingwood, Abbotsford and Fitzroy, although neighbours and nearby businesses can get a little noisy. Eduardo was a friendly and communicative host and kindly organised an early check-in for us – thanks again!

Eduardo's apartment in Collingwood is a great base for exploring Melbourne, close to public transport and walking distance to amazing cafes and restaurants. It is clean and spacious with fast WiFi and all amenities (e.g. washer and dryer). The check in process was easy and instructions clear. Would definitely stay again!

This apartment is in a great location, and looks just like the photos. Had problems with the air conditioning, in the middle of summer in Australia. Future guests should know that there is no AC in the bedroom, only in the living room. So the bedroom door needs to be kept open to get any cool air in. Also, the AC unit kept turning off, nearly every time we left the apartment, and sometimes overnight. No idea whether this was the host controlling it remotely, or a timer, or some other issue. The host did not do anything to fix the AC problem, and claimed they were engaging a technician who as far as we know never showed up. Had two nights where the AC turned off overnight causing us to have to wake up at 3am to turn it back on. Host was unresponsive and evasive about the issue, and described the lack of reliable AC in the Australian summer as a mere inconvenience. Really loved the location of this unit but would not stay here again.

Had the best stay here. Easy check in and immediately felt right at home in the space. Couldn’t be more continent to the train for easy access to the city and an enjoyable walk to all that collingwood and fitzroy have to offer. Cute coffee shops and restaurants just down the street. Highly recommend
