O apartamento é lindo, silencioso e muito bem localizado. Fácil de chegar na cidade toda, o bairro tem ótimos restaurantes , bares e padarias, tudo muito perto! Além disso, a comunicação com Gauthier foi rápida e fácil. Adoramos !

This was a great place to call home for a pair of first-time travelers to Paris. The space is minimalistic and unpretentious, but it had everything we needed including a lively neighborhood with restaurants, bakeries, bars, and a local cheese shop. Mamiche, Blondie, Cultures Cave, Les Resistances are musts! Le Taylor is a fun French dive bar, too! Also: Gauthier was very quick to answer our questions over the app and sent us detailed pictures for check-in. Great host. Tout bien! (The stairs are an adventure — 5 narrow, winding flights with no lift — but that info was disclosed before booking).

Gauthier’s place was wonderful! Communicating with him is a breeze! He was very kind, responsive and helpful. He was a perfect host to us, answered all our questions and gave recommendations of food options near the area. The location of his place was accessible to 4 nearby train stations which made our travel around Paris a lot easier. We would definitely contact him again when we visit the city. We had a great stay in Paris and so glad to have found Gauthiers place. His communication was excellent and quick , he generously let us check in early after a very long plane flight and the apt was just what the two of us needed for the time we were there. Thank you so much
