We had a fantastic stay at the house by lake Balboa! The location was absolutely stunning, and being by the lake was incredibly relaxing. The backyard was a highlight, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The house itself was clean, well-maintained, and stocked with all the amenities we needed for our stay. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a tranquil getaway. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Everything was excellent with this property. It was an amazing way to spend the total solar eclipse with our family. The place was clean and couldn't have had better surroundings from both the nature to neighbors. There was a small issue with a new lock at check-in, which was able to be resolved over text communication within 10-15 minutes. One thing that would have made this better would have been a PDF/electronic document with the "Welcome Packet." This was a very informative guide provided by the binder in the kitchen at check-in, but it would have been great to have had this 2-3 weeks ahead of time to be able to plan out certain trips (nature, golf, grocery). It was otherwise an incredible stay and would definitely consider again in the future.

There’s not a bad thing I could say about this place. It was perfectly clean, stocked with the necessities, cozy and the view was amazing. The community and neighborhood are great and safe as well. This has been my favorite Airbnb!

We brought our family for spring break and it was a great time. The house was beautiful and spacious. There was plenty of space for our group of 6 to spread out. The back porch is gorgeous and wish we could have spent more time there but it was a busy spring break. Although we didn’t catch any fish from the back dock, we appreciated that it was there. We only had 1 issue with the living room TV and since there is only 1 more TV in a bedroom that made it a little challenging. This happened on the last day so it’s not enough to take away a star for that. We pick bnbs for location, space, accessibility, and beauty. This home was all of those things for our family.

Had a nice experience on my stay. Beautiful, spacious home. Inside of a quiet community. Wonderful setting on the lake. Host was very communicative. Excellent instructions.
