This area of Makaha has guard gated communities. Very peaceful for walking, hiking or driving around. Many quiet, stunning beaches from Makaha Beach to the farthest West end of Oahu where the road ends, and you can hike/walk to the North Shore.
Our community sits up the hill from the beach, about 1.2 miles. I enjoy walking or jogging down to the beach to watch the sunset and get some exercise. There is more than ample parking if you prefer to drive.
We have lots of flowering trees and plants: plumeria, bird of paradise... Many different fruit trees: coconut, guava, avocado, mango...

Bus and Express Bus stops in front of our community. "THE BUS" is an excellent way to get around and directly to Waikiki and around the island.
