I’d been here a year ago for a girlfriends’ retreat and selected the house especially for our special family vacation. It was perfect. We loved being outside of Santa Fe yet an easy 15 - 20 min drive to the Plaza. The bedroom accommodations were spacious, cozy and private at the same time, each with their own bath. Fabulous kitchen that opens to a comfortable living room where one evening - after exploring Madrid, Albuquerque’s Old Town and dinner at the Range Cafe in Bernalillo - we reflected on the day over a glass of wine by the warmth of the fireplace. The next night, after a full day in and around Santa Fe’s Plaza, we had fun relaxing in the game room playing shuffleboard and watching a movie. And the view! The outside deck was wonderful at dawn, for morning coffee, and taking in the stars at night. All in all, a great getaway that was both remote and minutes to the heart of Santa Fe. Will be back!

Setting was fantastic- beautiful. House was well appointed, clean and lovely. The access to the property could be improved. The office, where keys are picked up is located several miles from the Property. If you have a late arrival or an early morning departure, this is extremely inconvenient. Getting to the property on a snowy night was difficult. Signage for addresses and roads very difficult to see. If you are visiting in the winter, make sure to have a 4-wheel drive vehicle. The area around the property is not plowed. We got stuck and had to return our rental vehicle because of this. Would absolutely return to this property in warmer weather.

This was a lovely place surrounded by natural beauty. Located close to town, with everything you could ever need, I would certainly recommend this home. It was spacious and very clean, and provided a calm environment to unwind after long days out and about. The shuffleboard and gorgeous porch provided hours of entertainment and relaxation.

Beautiful home, great views and very peaceful. Accommodations were wonderful. Very clean and spacious. Wonderful home for a family vacation. Would highly recommend.
