We stayed at Ian and Zoe’s beautiful guest annexe for one night after a wedding. What a great choice we made. Ian was so helpful and responsive, he kept in great contact with us and gave us perfect instructions. He met us on arrival and showed us round. The annexe is perfect for a couple. Stylish decor, the most comfy bed, excellent bathroom facilities and French windows out to cute little garden area. The facilities were brilliant - a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and even breakfast cereals on offer. The fridge was stocked with milk, small wine bottles and beer which was a real treat. We really felt at home and would highly recommend this accommodation if you’re staying in the Leek area. It’s ideal if you’re attending a wedding at the Ashes Barn as it is only 5 minutes away by taxi.

It’s a very nice and cozy place. Ian and Zoe and their dogs are very friendly and nice. I have never seen my dog responded so calmly in the presence of other dogs. We loved it and will definitely return for another time.

Had a lovely stay, thank you very much to Ian and Zoe! The space was really homely and access to a calm and peaceful garden was great for our dog. We had everything we needed for 1 night and look forward to staying again soon 😊

I met with Zoe on arrival, and she was so welcoming and went through everyone in fine detail I was so happy with the little find it's absouletly beautiful and the best part my dogs was so happy too , this is one of the best dog friendly places we ever stayed. Zoe informed me lots of the whereabout of Leek and best places to visit .. The complimentary treats they left us was way beyond my expectations even the dogs was left a towel and treats they didn't want to leave.. We would highly recommend anyone to go Zoe & Ian are great hosts we will certainly will be retur ing into the near future.. 😊 😀 👍
