Would like to thank Carroll for the opportunity to stay at her place. Great Town with lots to do. Her place was great, just little things here and there that were broken but not a biggie. It accommodated 8 people comfortably and very clean place. The only thing that I did not like was that I did not hear back from Carroll during check out or after multiple messages left to reassure her that everything was good and place was left in order. Little disappointed but overall great stay. Would recommend.

Host was kind but slow to respond. If multiple questions were asked, usually only was answered. Third floor. Upon arrival the apartment smelt of fried food and we noticed the toilet water was very high. No hand towels in bathroom. Only 3 large towels (for 8 people) not that anyone would want to shower with no hot water and a dirty shower curtain that wouldn’t stay up. Kitchen cabinets were broken and had crumbs/dirt in them Beds had sheets but no duvets/comforters. Was able to find some but not enough for all sleeping arrangements. Two bed rooms were spacious, one appeared to be a closet converted to a room. That room had a broken window and bed, a hole patched with toilet paper and tape, no outlets and loose floor pieces. Another room had such a dirty headboard that couple chose to sleep upside down. If we planned on staying more than one night we would have left and requested a refund immediately. Front steps were slated and had a tripping hazard causing one person to fall.

We enjoyed 3 days in Chelsea close to Boston. Great location but not that easy to get into Boston without a car. But nice and clean AirBnb appartment. 2 bedrooms are big and 1 is very small. But everything works and for 4 people as we were it was just fine

Great place, great price, responsive host. the 3 flights of narrow stairs may not be for everybody, but we'll worth it for those who can! Will stay here again in a heart beat!

The house was to my liking, it is a simple but beautiful house and the hosts were asking if we were ok.
