You will be given a key to access the staircases and another to access your 3 BR apartment.

Really attractive, spacious rental. Photo-accurate but better in person. Clear communication and posted instructions made check-in and general experience easy and smooth. Would consider revisiting this one next time I'm in the area.

Immaculately clean and in a beautiful neighborhood. One of the very best airbnbs we’ve stayed at and we have stayed at quite a few. Felt right at home right away in this beautiful place.

This historic neighborhood is full of many stately buildings, and is perfect for an evening stroll. Very close to Northwestern University (3 miles) and Loyola University (2.5). Enjoy Evanston shopping at proprietor-run boutique stores selling clothing, records, books, gifts, antiques, etc. Restaurants abound. Near Planet fitness (1.7) and YMCA (1.4) Our city is very walkable and bikeable. Six beaches on Lake Michigan, less than 5 miles away. Closest beach is South Boulevard Beach (1.1 mile).
CTA Rail Stations are within walking distance. South Blvd Purple Line (.6) Howard Red Line (1.3). Two quality bicycles are available for guests, please inquire for more information.
