First of all – thanks to the owners for the promptness to answer. Me and my friend needed some blankets – they brought them ASAP. The house was clean. The finding and the leaving of the key was easy. Some observations. The apartment is in a house of apartments for rent, which is in a huge touristic complex. If you expect to be in a local city, it is not the case. If you go by bus from the airport to the place, take the one that goes to CALA FERRERA. To go to Felanitx (which is in the address) is a mistake – it's very far. The nearby calas (beaches) are small and probably very full in the summer. On the other hand, it is easy to get the bus and go elsewhere, which we did (enjoyed a visit to Portocolom and had a lovely walk between Cala Mondragó and Portopetro). The house is OK, a bit worn. Balcony door doesn't close. No oil in the kitchen, no shampoo (2 things listed as present). Tubes' problems in the bathroom, can get noisy. Beds are short for somebody over 1.70, my feet were out.

We had a nice calm week at Estefania's place. Unfortunately the beds had very hard mattresses, because of which sleeping was difficult. If you don't mind to sleep on a hard mattress you'll be fine, but otherwise maybe consider going to another place. Also the oven didn't work. For the rest, it was a pretty quiet place, no noise from neighbors or from the street. Good apartment for this price. We recommend!

Appartement dans un quartier très beau, idéalement situé à 3min de la cala la plus proche. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et les hôtes sont vraiment aux petits soins. Je recommande fortement !

Una finca vacacional muy agradable al sur de la isla. Si bien la casa no era muy actual, estaba limpia y la ubicación era paradisiaca. Gracias Noe y Estefania por estos días de septiembre. Un cariñoso saludo!
