Lipno Villa Beach is located directly on the lake, with its own access to the lake. Ideal for your relaxed holiday at the Vltava reservoir. The equipment is modern, comfortable and practical, so you can expect a relaxing time. All rooms have large windows with garden and partial lake views. The two spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and large wardrobes ensure a good night's sleep. The spacious living-dining area has an elegant seating area and a large dining table with a panoramic view of the lake. In the sideboard you will find a selection of games for big and small. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, a dishwasher and TAPS, coffee machine with filters and coffee, espresso machine (Tassiom), microwave, toaster and kettle are at your disposal. Such as salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, sugar and some spices. The luxurious bathroom is equipped with a shower, bath and toilet. Towels are provided. On the 30 m2, semi-covered terrace, you can enjoy the fabulous lake view from a spacious lounge set or have your meals at the dining table. In the garden/beach you can relax on comfortable sun loungers with parasols. The beach is framed by a hedge to give you maximum privacy. To make your stay even more pleasant, you will find sun loungers, parasols and garden furniture in the equipment room under the terrace, as well as a grill and accessories, a SUP, badminton set with net, frisbee, etc. You can also store your bikes/skis here. There are two private parking spaces in front of the house. In Lipno, about 3 km away, there are numerous shops/supermarkets and restaurants/cafes as well as sports equipment rentals. Due to the occasion: Visitors are allowed for a short time. Unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight, otherwise the booking relationship expires for EVERYONE.

You can swim directly at the gently sloping house beach of Villa Beach or start exploring the lake with your SUP/boat. Only 500 meters from the beach in the middle of the lake is the "Rabbit Island", a very popular destination. Fishing is allowed. Attention: without a fishing license there are high penalties. Available at the Tourist Office in Lipno. Behind the house are forest and mountains that invite you to hike or mountain bike tours. The paved bike/hiking path runs between our house and the beach, this leads almost continuously around the entire lake (approx. 100 km). If you don't want to drive that far, you can shorten the tour three times by taking the ferry. Thanks to the ideal location of your accommodation, you can go on excursions to numerous attractions in the vicinity. In the immediate vicinity is the National Park, which invites you to go hiking and cycling. Just ten minutes away in Vissy Brod you can start a canoe/dinghy tour on the Vltava. You can take a boat ride along the leisurely flowing river through untouched nature, there are numerous barbecue stations/rest stops along the banks. The town of Lipno is 3.3 km away. Here you can rent (e-)bikes, e-scooters, pedal boats, rowing boats (e-) and motor or sailing boats. There is also a bobsled run, high ropes course, children's leisure park and a swimming pool. For the more athletic a downhill bike park (equipment rental) and a wakeboard facility. In winter there is also a large ski center with rental and service companies as well as ski schools. Only 30 km away is one of the most beautiful cities. Krumlov through which the Vltava meanders and in which the largest castle in the Czech Republic is located.
