This unique three-story property in St. Martins boasts a versatile layout. The bottom floor features a convenient half bath, a fully equipped kitchen, and a welcoming entry. Ascend to the second floor, where a spacious bedroom and a full bathroom provide comfort and convenience. The top floor, a cozy living room, opens to a deck with panoramic views of the Bay of Fundy and its enchanting caves. While offering one bedroom, the top floor accommodates extra guests with two pull-out couches, ensuring everyone can indulge in the breathtaking surroundings. For a seamless experience, please contact the host before booking if your party exceeds 4 guests. Note that this property is not suitable for young children, and guests should be comfortable with stairs, given the multi-level layout. The gravel driveway, ascending a hill, adds to the charm, while access via a lesser-used road off the main route by the caves ensures a tranquil retreat in St. Martins. We needed a peaceful ‘staycation’ night away and this place gave us just that! There was so much to do and had everything you needed. From the view of the ocean from the third ‘lighthouse’ floor/patio to the hot tub, it gave us the most relaxing evening.
The location is perfect! High atop a hill overlooking the bay where you can still hear the waves crash the shoreline below from the living room on the top floor. The decor, theme, colour and furniture choices are fabulous. You will not be disappointed with this location. Becky and Shaun have thought of everything, just pack your clothes and groceries for your getaway.
Serenity by the sea! That is how we would describe our stay at Becky’s modern and beautifully designed and appointed lighthouse cottage. Becky is amazing host responding so quickly to all of our questions and providing information on the area. The cottage was exceptionally clean ,cupboards were labelled to easily find what we needed. The bed was very comfortable and shower pressure and temperature great. We spent evenings star gazing in the hot tub. There is even a rack to hang towel/robe beside. The pictures of the top floor could not possibly capture how fantastic the view is from there. You almost feel a part of the sky sitting out on the deck overlooking the sea caves and beach watching the changing tides. Enjoyed our walks to the sea caves, harbour and covered bridges as well. My husband and I brought his mom here for her birthday as she loves lighthouses. Let me tell you Becky does not disappoint. Right from the moment we walked in the door we felt at home, each level introduced more warmth and the decor was spot on while not being overdone. My husband and I enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. Becky even had Shawn drop off a propane fire pit because of the fire ban. Overall we would 100% recommend as a must visit!! ❤️
My husband and I absolutely loved our time here! Private, romantic and everything we needed for a “kid free” weekend. The hot tub and balcony are the perfect touches! So close to everything but you feel like you’re completely alone! Becky was very friendly and so accommodating. We can’t wait to go back in the fall!

I’m a teacher and now own three cottages! The lighthouse cottage was a dream that just recently came to fruition. I still can’t believe it! Owning a cottage in St. Martins has always been a dream of mine and I can’t believe how popular they have become. I have been coming here since I was a child, and been a full-time resident in the summertime since 2013.
