This place is a must stay!! Walking distance to the all the clubs and bars that Calle Revolucion has to offer. The place is great because you don’t have to deal with hearing the music that the bars play until wee hours of the morning!

Positives: Communication from host was great, communal areas /gym were nice with a great view from the top floor, great location (walkable to everywhere downtown). Negatives: Apartment had damaged furniture e.g. badly damaged tables, rusty trashcan, balcony door did not lock or close, which made it very noisy (opposite a late night bar). They kindly moved us to a different apartment upstairs due to the broken door, but the next day the gas stopped working, so no hot water. We left the reservation early and got a partial refund from Airbnb. Overall the experience was average and we were expecting a nicer apartment from the photos and for the price.

Zona Centro is a very well-located area in Tijuana (Baja California) and ideal for those who want to enjoy the “Mexican Fiesta”.
You´ll find taco stands, seafood, and international restaurants everywhere you look. Salvador Diaz Miron is close to many shopping malls and public parks.
But the best part is its proximity to Avenida Revolución.
Revolucion's main symbol is the Monumental Arch, which can be seen from the other side of the international border. You will find a lot of tourist attractions and activities, beautiful artisan gifts and souvenir shops, as well as a wide variety of delicious cuisine.
Likewise, lots of partying and fun for the whole family and also for adults. Many places to dance, sing and, in general, have a great time with your friends.
You will be within walking distance of the famous Avenida Revolución with its souvenir shops, cantinas, restaurants, and nightclubs.
Take a taxi to Parque 18 de Marzo in case you want to take a well-deserved break for fresh air (10 minutes approx). If you want to go shopping, drive or take a safe taxi/Uber to Plaza Comercial Santa Cecilia.
If you are coming from San Diego or looking to cross over, both borders (San Ysidro and Otay) are very close.
